A. Tangible Employment or Academic Action. This particular sexual harassment takes place when the terms or conditions of work, academic benefits, educational grades or possibilities, residing environment, or involvement in a University task is conditioned upon, either explicitly or implicitly, distribution to or rejection of unwanted intimate advances or demands for intimate favors, or such distribution or rejection is an issue in choices impacting that individual’s employment, training, residing environment, or involvement in a University system or task.
